Applications are open for the 2026 Paratus Guernsey Graduate programme. The graduate position will include exposure to risk management, underwriting, operations, compliance and the energy portfolio.

The programme includes a three-month secondment in London and a rotation through broking, pricing, analytics and other key business functions.
