He has held positions at leading hedge funds in the energy sector, gaining deep insights into energy market dynamics and model optimisation. In addition, Tom founded and successfully exited a technology startup, further honing his skills in innovation and market-driven solutions.

Tom holds a degree in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology.
