Joanna Coelho

Jo is a member of the Middle Office Operations team and she is responsible for post-
endorsement and claims settlement processes. She actively contributes to systems
development and operational efficiency initiatives, ensuring seamless client experiences
and continuous process improvement.

Jo is a highly experienced operations professional with over 18 years of expertise in the
Energy industry. Prior to her current role, she served as an Executive Director at Goldman
Sachs and previously held positions at Morgan Stanley. Her areas of expertise including
operational risk, support and controls, project and change management, regulatory
implementation and process optimisation. She has a proven track record of leading complex
operational initiatives and driving improvements in response to evolving industry
regulations and business requirements.

Jo holds a BA in Accountancy and Finance (Hons) from Kingston University, London.
