Samuel Ladoke Akintola

Ladi is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Paratus Group of Companies (Paratus). He leads the Technology and IT Optimization Strategy, driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing technology adoption across the organization. He also oversees Marketing and ESG, ensuring alignment with strategic growth and sustainability goals.

Ladi brings a cross-functional skill set, developed over 25 years of experience in financial markets, corporate special situations, consulting, private equity, and technology services operations, to execute business strategies. Prior to joining Paratus, he held roles at Morgan Stanley, ING Financial Markets, and Fitch Group.

Ladi holds a BA in Economics (Hons) from The University of Manchester and an MBA with a specialisation in Strategy and Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
