Nadou Saesgbon

ESG & Legal

Nadou is a member of the Paratus Group of Companies (Paratus) Legal and Renewable Energy team and led the establishment of the company’s ESG and decarbonisation function, including ESG reporting. Her responsibilities involve collaborating with Paratus’ business units to shape strategy, develop policies, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance as the company grows and evolves.

A UK-qualified solicitor, Nadou began her career as an in-house lawyer in London and brings over 20 years of experience as an energy lawyer, with a recent focus on ESG consulting. She previously served as Group General Counsel at Century Energy Group, specialising in upstream oil and gas, before transitioning to help companies shift from fossil fuels to clean and renewable energy. Nadou also provides pro bono legal support to startups in the renewable energy sector.

She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Finance and Banking from the London School of Economics (LSE).
