Simon Wilson

Simon is a Senior Software Engineer at Paratus. He works with the engineering team to design and deliver complex software systems that drive Paratus’s insurance products.

Across a career spanning both startups and established market leaders, working with a mix of industries and technology stacks, Simon has led engineering teams to build new applications from the ground up. He enjoys tackling complex technical challenges and takes a hands-on approach to modernising and enhancing legacy systems. Simon’s experience includes launching B2B and B2C products at multiple startups, taking ideas from conception to launch. He is passionate about scalable software design and empowering teams to move quickly while maintaining high standards of quality.

Simon holds a master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
